HVAC

The "Standard" Hours of Operation for the heating and air conditioning systems are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. Special arrangements can be made Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 3:00 pm to for before or after the standard operational hours Overtime HVAC by contacting the Property Management Office. Please note these extended hours will result in an addition fee. 

If the temperature in your office needs adjusted during standard operating hours, please contact the Property Management Office at 770-319-8900 or Overlook@Goddard-Group.com. Your call will be referred immediately to engineering personnel.
